By hiring the services of "Sing your Song," the client agrees to the following terms and conditions. It is important to read this document carefully before placing an order..

2. Services Offered

""Sing Your Song" creates personalized songs at the client's request, based on the information provided by them. The services include:

  • Music composition and production.
  • Professional recording and editing of the song.
  • Delivery in digital formats (.mp3, .wav, or other agreed formats)).

3. Order Process

  1. The client must provide all the required information for the creation of the song, including:
    • Song theme.
    • Personal details, stories, or relevant information for the composition.
  2. A delivery deadline will be agreed upon based on the complexity of the project.
  3. The payment must be made in accordance with what is stipulated (ver sección de Pagos).

4. Payments

  1. Prices and Rates: Prices vary depending on the type of song and the requested duration.
  2. Payment Method: We accept bank transfers, direct deposits at the bank, or through Oxxo.
  3. Advance Policy: A 20% advance is required to start the project.
  4. Refunds:
    • If the client cancels before the composition process begins, 100% of the deposit will be refunded..
    • No refunds will be granted once the samples have been delivered.

5. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

  1. Intellectual Property
    • All songs created by "Sing your Song" are protected by copyright.
    • The ownership of the work belongs to "Sing your Song," unless a written agreement states otherwise..
  2. Personal Use License:
    • The client obtains a non-exclusive license for personal and private use of the song.
  3. Commercial Use:
    • To distribute, monetize, or use the song in commercial projects, the client must acquire an additional license, subject to specific fees.
  4. Prohibitions:
    • The client may not modify, redistribute, or claim authorship of the song without prior written consent.

6. Reviews and Changes

  1. Each client is entitled to 1 revision at no additional cost.
  2. Additional changes will be subject to extra fees, depending on the complexity of the adjustment.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

  1. Use of Personal Data:
    • The information shared by the client (names, stories, details) will be used exclusively for the creation of the song.
    • ""Sing your Song" will not share, sell, or disclose this information to third parties without the explicit consent of the client.
  2. Information Storage:
    • The data will be stored securely and deleted after 6 months following the project's delivery, unless the client authorizes otherwise..
  3. Promotion Rights:
    • With the client's consent, "Sing Your Song" may use excerpts from the song or testimonials as part of its promotional material.
    • If the client prefers that their project be completely private, they can indicate it at the time of the order..

8. Delivery Deadlines

The standard delivery time will be agreed upon at the time of the order. In case of delays due to external causes (force majeure), the customer will be notified immediately..

9. Limitation of Liability

""Sing Your Song" will not be responsible for:

  • Unfulfilled expectations due to incorrect information provided by the client.
  • Technical issues with downloading or playing delivered files.
